Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

National Shipping — Zambia

We deliver across Zambia. To make delivery clearer we use delivery zones and service types. Choose the option that suits you during checkout.

Delivery Zones

  • Lusaka (Urban) — fast local delivery within main Lusaka areas.
  • Copperbelt — major towns like Ndola, Kitwe; slightly longer transit.
  • Other Provinces — Central, Eastern, Southern, Northern, Muchinga, Luapula, Western.
  • Remote Areas — locations with limited road access; expect longer transit.

Service Types & Example Fees

Fees depend on the number of items (quantity tiers), the chosen service, and the delivery zone. Example business rules we apply (shown in checkout):

Note: remote areas may have higher delivery fees, and our checkout allows you to pick a delivery zone so the correct fee is shown before payment.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached for a full refund.

How to Return:

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Print the prepaid return label
  4. Pack the items securely and attach the label
  5. Drop off at any designated shipping location

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  • Exchanges are free within the 30-day return window
  • We'll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you'll only pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we'll refund the difference

To start an exchange, follow the same process as returns and select "Exchange" instead of "Refund".

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
Do you offer free return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for all U.S. orders. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds.
